Two Generations of Wild Horses

The newest edition to the Rachel Carson Estuarine Reserve herd of wild horses and his mother were feeding side by side the other day. I thought it made a nice family portrait.

Mother and Son feed along the tidal flats. It's a rare treat to have a colt in the Rachel Carson Estuarine Reserve herd of wild horses.
