Yesterday I posted a somewhat abstract image of the wild orchid I found in the Croatan National Forest. I thought some folks might like to see more of a documentary shot of this rare, exotic flower. These lovely flowers seem to pick some really unsightly places to grow making it difficult to make photos of entire plants. Seems there’s almost always brush between where I want to position my camera and the subject.
